As a hard ceramic, these products feature high strength, broad temperature range, low coefficient of thermal expansion, high fracture toughness, and moderate thermal conductivity. Also, the silicon nitride ceramic balls offer excellent thermal shock resistance, superior wear resistance, and withstand high structural loads.
